I will consider very small animals such as a small fish tank, 1 to 2 small birds, guinea pigs or hamsters. I do not live on site, but am just a few miles away. The basement and garage are used for storage by my family. My tenant of eight years left curtains and a carpet. I will leave them and if you don't want them I will donate to charity. One year lease. First months rent and double security deposit are due when lease is signed. Owner pays heat and water. Renter pays electric . When the expected price of trash removal increases mid-2024, rent will be adjusted to absorb this charge. No cats or dogs permitted on the premises at any time. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors, including by guests Tenants are not permitted to make modifications to apartment without written permission from landlord. This includes painting, wallpapering, installing carpeting, lighting, fans or hanging large objects, including televisions, from walls.
