With the appearance of a single-family home on a desirable street in the iconic Crescent Hill neighborhood, make yourself at home in the upstairs, fully furnished unit of this 1920s duplex. Only two units total, each has the same footprint with its own completely separate front and back entrance. From front approach, open an external door, walk up the stairs, and enter into the light-filled living room. Continue to the dining area and the tiny but mighty kitchen microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, full size refrigerator.
