Term of the lease is open from 1 month- 12 months. Depending on lease length, utilities can be included at an extra cost. Rent is due the first of every month. No smoking on premises. Parking is an open parking lot. Small cats and small dogs under 20 pounds are allowed upon approval. Pet fee is $250 (non-refundable). Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance such as light bulbs and battery replacement
