It's a bright space because of the windows along the outside walls, particularly in the morning when the sun rises directly in front of the living room window. One of the bedrooms could serve as an office space with a spot for a desk that will have windows on 3 sides. A 2 minute drive to Kroger/Gas and access to 2 neighborhood pools and a private community park next to the Chattahoochee. Good for either single occupants or a small family. Condo is on the top floor of a 3 floor condo, but only a 1 floor climb above ground level. Xfinity and AT&T provide services, but AT&T Fiber is not yet available. Property available for in-person viewing from 11/20/2023 and available for lease from 11/27/2023. 12 month lease, no smoking permitted. There is one assigned parking spot, with additional non-assigned spots available. 60 days notice at the end of the lease term for both parties - lease will auto-renew for 6 month periods at the same rate if no action is taken by either the renter or landlord. Early termination requires 60 days notice and 1 month of rent as an early termination fee. There is no additional application fee, but tenant is responsible for the small background check/credit fee managed through the application. The master bedroom has a stain in the carpet - the carpet will be replaced.
