Property located on 1 acre lot east of town on west half of duplex. New sod planted last year. New carpet to be installed May 23 No smoking, or pets. Rent to be $2800 if we do maintenance, or if you do maintenance, you pay $2000 per month. Maintenance is mowing lawn as needed, (a riding mower is supplied and a water system in installed in the lawn, )shoveling snow off of roof 1 time each winter, fixing any minor problems as needed, spray stain on siding once each spring, as/where needed, stain will be provided by landlord. You will be required to pay your own utilities except snow removal. There is a 1 car garage and limit of 2 vehicles on property. Any minor expenses under $250 per month for minor maintenance issues will be paid by you. Anything $250 over that will be paid by the landlord.
