Fees: Application Fee: $40, due upon submission of your application. Minimum Security Deposit: $600, due to secure your unit. One-Time Administration Fee: $120, due upon move-in. Pet-friendly community, 2 pets per unit with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250, plus a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
