No smoking either, please, inside and within 20' from any building in the complex including the pool area. If trace of pets or smoking are found after check out, the security deposit will be held to cover professional cleaning (portion or in full). 2. The unit has carpet and we require you keep your shoes by the front door. 3. This is a condo unit, please be respectful to the neighbors by reducing noises close to zero between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (this include pulling luggage down the stairs). Also by following the complex rules such as "no glass in the pool area". Thank you. 4. If you plan on using the pool and pool area, please be aware that the rule is that the pool is restrict to residents and their guests up to four at a time.
