This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and located in a 3 family home close to Yale University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. This unit can be ready for an October move-in. The owners lives in one of the apartments as well. The apartment utilizes oil heat so budget accordingly. You are allowed one parking spot in the back of the property. There is street parking available as well. No pets, no smoking. First month and security deposit required to move-in. Applicant(s) must make a combined total of 2.5 times the monthly rent ($4250/month). Tenant will be responsible for putting oil in the tank upon move-in. No evictions.
