Generally, no more than two unrelated individuals allowed at the quoted rental price. Will also consider less than the minimum FICO Score with higher income or multiple working tenants with good jobs, or other equivalent resources or assets. Also, a co-signer who would otherwise qualify will be considered. All tenants must be approved by the homeowners' association, which will run a criminal background check. For the security of the neighborhood, there is also a required interview/orientation with the property manager.
