In Palisade on a quiet street close to the river and park. I live in Apartment C. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment near the mailbox. With animals when you move out $450 of the $1665 deposit stays with the landlord. The tenant will be responsible for electric and gas which is through Xcel. Renters insurance is required. Landlord covers water, trash and Sewer. Trash goes down to the road on Thursday night. You will have your own yard with the understanding that we will be doing yard transformations and we will need to get in the yard when we need to. Xcel must be able to get in when needed. Smoking will be outside. We like to do a year lease but we will do 6 months lease if needed.
