It includes a microwave, airfrier, refrigerator/freezer and plates and utensils. It's a vacation rental "Kenwood Winter Escape" . I's all-inclusive, rent includes everything Samsung Smart TV for streaming , wi-fi internet, water, sewer and trash, The rent pays for everything..... The house is not being rented. Only the apartment is being rented. The house is separate. Parking is behind the house and on 1st Avenue..... The one-bedroom apartment is all-inclusive and is being rented at this price through December only Off-season . NO Annual lease offered. It's furnished and rent includes a Samsung Smart TV for streaming, w-fi internet and all utilities. It's rented month-to-month. No annual leases offered Move-in cost is the rent plus 80 cleaning fee. Utilities are included in the rent . All occupants need to be on the agreement. The Winter season rates: December 2,200 January 2,500 February 2,800 March 2,800 Pets Are accepted conditionally. breed and weight restrictions. Maximum weight 20 lbs. no aggressive breeds.
