This is a monthly rental with a minimum of 19 days and a maximum of 150 days. Located in the fabulous Bellasera resort in beautiful downtown Naples. Enjoy privacy in the first floor end unit condo. The resort is walking distance to 5th Ave, where you will find many stunning Galleries, unique shops, dining experiences and entertainment. The white sandy beaches of Naples and Tin city where you can dine with your toes in the sand or enjoy world class fishing are just one mile from the resort. This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar and separate dining area. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, room to sleep 6 comfortably. Unit has a private enclosed patio and a private washer and dryer for a convenient stay. The resort features an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, poolside service and a 24 hour fitness center. Your stay will not be complete without stopping by The Claw bar, an on site restaurant offering daily brunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. A visit to The London Club is a must do, also onsite, offers dinner and live music Thursday - Saturday. You will love resting and refreshing yourself at the fabulous Bellasera resort. Monthly rate schedule is as follows: April $9500/ month May $9500/ month June, July and August $8000/ month September $9000/ month October $9500/ month November and December $10500/ month Departure Cleaning fee is $310 HOA application fee $100 (non refundable) Please note: This property has a minimum booking stay of 30 days and maximum stay of 150 days. Guests will have access to all resort amenities with the exception of the resort shuttle, bikes and beach chairs. There are beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas in the unit for guest use.
