Situated less than 10 minutes from Marco Island in desirable gated community with six clay tennis courts, bocce ball course, large gym, exercise room, swim pool and hot tub, outdoor cafe and bar, water aerobics and other exercise classes, and golf course (use is limited to 6 times each rental period). There is a clubhouse on the property that offers a bar and dining several days per week. A large shopping area is adjacent to the community, and contains almost every type of shop imaginable as well as a large variety of restaurants. An urgent care facility is 2 miles away, and a hospital is 3 miles away. The condo itself overlooks the 4th tee of the golf course, and is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. It has three televisions, wifi, and every amenity needed to enjoy your stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, barbecue pit and bicycles (if requested) are available for your use. Lease amount varies depending on season as well as length of rental. In Season: January through end of April is $7500 for the full 4 months. $8000/month for 3 month rental, $8500/month for two month rental, and $10,000/month for one month rental Off Season: May through end of October is $3500/month. November and December is $5000/month. All utilities are included in rent; however, the community does request an additional $750 month club fee from each. renter. Long-term rentals (2-4 months) must be paid in advance.
