On the other side of the fully climate controlled home, you have the full kitchen which includes maple cabinetry, butcher block countertops, under counter refrigerator, deep stainless steel sink with custom shelving throughout. At the end through the 3 panel solid wood door, you go to the full bathroom that includes a Toto compostable toilet, sink w/ chrome faucet, shower, storage cabinet & shelf with mirrors and exhaust fan. Outdoor shaded area next to the home for seating. Washer and dryer room right next to it Free of charge to use. All utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash dumpster, WiFi, etc.) are covered with a fixed rate of $200 a month. Plenty of parking. Some storage areas too if needed. Looking for at least 6 month rental then month to month for as long as possible
