The apartment includes all utilities, except for cable and internet, and has a private entrance. It is a basement unit, with the rear part above ground, featuring windows and a patio. The newly updated kitchen is equipped with a fridge with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and there's a full bathroom. Additionally, the unit comes with its own washer and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished with quality items such as a bed, couch, recliner, kitchen table, desk, bookcase, etc. It's important to note that there is no TV currently included in the unit. As a law enforcement officer, I reside in the rest of the house with my one son and have established the following rules: The apartment is meant for single occupancy with only one vehicle allowed no motorcycles, scooters, etc. Strictly no smoking, drugs, or pets are permitted, and this includes a firm policy against pets. Overnight guests should be minimal; however, a family member may stay for a night or two with approval. I strive to maintain harmony in our nice neighborhood, so no parties are allowed, and no more than two guests are permitted at a time. The apartment also offers some storage space. Applicants should have a stable income and solid references. The apartment is currently available and is ideally suited for traveling nurses, PAs, etc. Rent of 850 due on first of the month
