(All Reserved) 6 homes are finished and ready for move in on 01-03-24. (Two Reserved) 4 homes are due to be finished by 03-15-24. (None Reserved) All include private parking, private fenced yard. The homes comes with a full kitchen, bath, and all have an outdoor shower. The exterior features a fenced and gated, dog friendly yard. Outdoor seating area with BBQ grill and gas fire pit. Some include RV electric hookup and a generous storage container. Most homes include a washer/dryer, otherwise we have a laundry facility. All adult residents with a minimum age of 18 years old for occupancy. Maximum permanent occupancy is 2. Location is 2 mile north of Valley View, TX and 8 miles south of Gainesville, TX. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. No smoking indoors. This unit includes private parking for 2 autos plus a boat or RV or travel trailer. (Some restrictions apply.) Owner pays water and septic expenses. Tenant pays electric fixed monthly amount of $125/month. Tenant pays Wifi internet and TV of $55/month. Optional furniture rental of $125/month.
