ABOUT THIS SPACE: FULLY FURNISHED, MOVE IN READY, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! This peaceful SUNNY studio is under 10min from Portland and PDX international airport. The studio is brand new - outfitted with new mattress, TV, flooring, couch, kitchen & bath appliances, etc. The room is spacious, VERY SUNNY with lots of windows and in a quiet, SAFE neighborhood. We have a separate entrance to the guest house and lots of available and free street parking. The studio has ample storage and is equipped with all of the kitchenware, sheets, bathroom necessities etc. that you might need. The Kitchen also comes equipped with a two-burner hot plate (not pictured here). You will have the entire guest home to yourself, a private bathroom, kitchen and a separate entrance with a keyless entry. LOCATION: We're located in a quiet, SAFE, neighborhood, less than 10min from many restaurants, Trader Joe's, shopping malls, and 20min from downtown Portland. It's also 5min WALKING distance to public transit, many great parks, only 30min from great hiking & waterfalls, and just over 1hr from great skiing on MT Hood! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Tenants have a separate entrance to the guest house, however they do not have access to any other section of the home. No smoking, parties and or pets allowed. 6 month stay minimum.
