The condo is a two-story unit with the living and dining areas on the main floor. The living room has a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. An electric fireplace gives the room a cozy feel and warmth in the cooler months. The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is open to the living and dining room with a bar and stools for informal dining. A table seating six has views of the back porch and lagoon. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs, providing a level of privacy and separation for guests. The large main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and expansive views of the lagoon and water feature. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on the top providing ample space for all guests. A second bath with shower is across the hall. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs. In case you need to do laundry during your stay the condo is furnished with a washer and dryer. Condo is available from November 27 to March 1, 2024. No pets and no smoking. After a day at the beach, shopping, or golf, enjoy a relaxing evening on the shaded back deck by the peaceful lagoon. You can even cook on the grill that is provided if you desire or utilize the fully equipped kitchen, although there are so many restaurants to choose from on the island you might not feel like cooking at all! 3037 Seascape is located in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The Town of Hilton Head has a wonderful huge park for the kids to play in with a giant Pirate Ship playground. Coligny Center has over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy, from pizza at New York City Pizza to Sage Room for steaks to Plantation Deli for great breakfast. There are miles of bike paths to enjoy too. Beach access is just across the street where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. All utilities are included!!
