These apartments are in the town of Onondaga in a quiet secluded safe location at the same time close to many conveniences. All of the following are within walking distance. Two bank, and a credit union, post office, sandwich shop, pizza shop, and a Dunkin. Please note: All of our apartments & Housing are NON Smoking buildings inside and outside. Also no cats or dogs. Small caged or tanked pets may be considered. The apartment is a one bedroom efficiency lower level unit consisting of a large living room dining room area with a galley kitchen area off of one end of the dining area. There is a separate bedroom approximately 12 X 12 in size with a bathroom off of the bedroom. Large closet in living area. Laundry in basement, private off street parking. Location is close to many conveniences. New flooring and carpeting has just been installed in these units. Some units may be painted or decorated a bit different than others in photographs. Includes subsidized utility's, tenant pays $75.00 month for heat and gas & electric owners pay the balance. (Great deal with the cost of utility where they are now!) Tenant signs up for cable (internet). $25.00 Month parking fee. If you sign a 2 year lease we maintain your 1st years rental rate through the second year. Must submit proof of employment / income. All types of assistance programs may require a co signer on the lease with proof of ability.
