Stay as long as needed, but enjoy the flexibility of being able to move out any time with just 2 weeks' notice. Rent is "all-inclusive" (it covers all utilities, WiFi, DirecTV, parking, etc). All taxes/fees included except for a one-time $299 cleaning fee. Pets = $150/mo. Please note that this is located within a 100% smoke free community (no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere - even parking lots and balconies). Pet fee: $150/mo. All other taxes/fees included except a one-time $299 cleaning fee (not per month) and a refundable $500 damage/security deposit.
