Right in town (10 blocks due east of MSU, 8 due south of Main Street). Pond, Creek, Workshops, Hiking trails, Mature trees Goat, Ducks, Geese lovely!: The farmhouse has three spaces. The top floor, the guest room, and the master bedroom. The top floor is rented by a cool couple. The other two spaces are available. I don't really know how to list them...I call them Studios+ because they are really a house share that is separated off like a studio but neither term really captures how lovely and secluded they are. HOUSE GUEST ROOM - Available as early as May or as late as 1 August, your choice! -One bedroom with its own bathroom in great all wood, concrete, stone, 2400 square foot house on farm. Separate entrance, separate covered stone patio. Laundry. Pet Negotiable. Has its own bathroom. No Smoking. Almost a self-contained studio, only better! $1500 + utilities. HOUSE MASTER - Available as early as May or as late as 1 August, your choice! - Master bedroom in great all wood, concrete, stone, 2400 square foot house on farm. Can accommodate 2 people. Laundry. Separate entrance, separate covered stone patio. Has its own bathroom with tub. Off by itself like a studio but much better! Pet negotiable. No Smoking. One or two person $1800 + utilities.
