You'll enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard and the convenience of being within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, parks, and schools. An application fee of $50 per adult plus a security deposit equal to one month of rent is due with your application. The initial maximum number of residents per unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. A related adult is defined as a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. Rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash. No pets welcome. App fee: $50/adult and Security Deposit: $880.
