If offered a lease agreement by landlord, you will first need to complete a background check, credit check and payroll verification check. This will require a $40 check made payable to Northern Closure. This fee will be applied toward your first month rent should you successfully pass the screening process, otherwise the fee is non-refundable. 2.) After passing the screening process and upon signing of the lease agreement, the first and last month's rent and security deposit (equivalent amount to monthly rent) will be required. 3.) Ongoing monthly rent is due on or before the 1st of every month. A late fee will apply after 15 days. 4.) Monthly rent includes heat and hot water and excludes all other utilities. 5.) You are responsible for your Electric usage. The electric bill will arrive in landlord's name mid-month. The landlord will provide you with a copy of your bill and you will reimburse the landlord directly for your portion of expense by the end of the month. A late fee will apply after 15 days. 6.)
