Directly behind the sectional you will find a workstation with an ethernet port and monitor for any necessary work. Down the hall, you will find that the full kitchen boasts a myriad of appliances. Also inside the unit are two bedrooms both with queen beds, nestled underneath cotton sheets and down comforters. Home is a medium term (1-6 months) furnished rental. Rent is $2500/month and includes all furnishings in the home as well as washer and dryer in unit. Pets may be allowed with $300 pet fee and $35 per month pet rent. Included in rent are all utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, high speed internet, trash). Every applicant will need a background check to qualify for the unit supplied via Transunion Smartmove.
