Both bathrooms have been updated and have tub/showers. The kitchenette has an undercounter fridge, two burner stove top, dish washer, countertop oven and microwave. New in unit washer and dryer. The main living area has views of Mt. Baldy, comfy leather sofas and a large dining table that easily seats six. It is completely furnished including linens. A ski/gear locker is adjacent to the front door. Parking for up to two vehicles is included. (No trailers allowed.) FREE Mountain Rides Bus stops are nearby. Sorry, but renters are prohibited by the HOA from having animals on the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No more than three tenants. All tenants must go through tenant screening. Water, sewer, trash and cable tv are included. Renter pays electric and internet. Renter is responsible for snow removal on private deck. No smoking or vaping allowed. Parking for up to two cars included. No trailers allowed. Sorry, but the HOA does not allow renters to have pets. We are looking for a 1-year lease. Shorter terms may be considered with different rental rates.
