Incredible townhouse style apartment near Cooper Creek Park. Beautiful unit that was just renovated. Brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, paint, fixtures, bathrooms updated. property has gone through renovation on many units and upgrades to the project as well. storage units were just renovated and roof is brand new within the last 3 years. This is a great location. Did I mention the units have Washer and Dryer hookups too. We've renovated 9 units in the project recently and all have rented quickly. This is the last one available. We include landscaping, trash services and water. This is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Rent is $975 month but we have one unit that has further upgrades with granite countertops and higher quality kitchen cabinets. Rent is $1050 for that unit. Pets are not allowed but are accepted on exception. Additional rent and security deposit is required for each pet. Tenants must apply through our 3d party website at turbotenant.com and pay the online app fee. We require verification of past landlord, job, income and we will check credit. We do not base our decision on the credit score along and in some circumstances are willing to work with bad credit by accepting additional deposits.
