Hello there, this beautiful home is a 3 beds 1.5 bath apartment located at Outer Richmond, a quiet and safe neighborhood next to Golden Gate Park. Convenient public transportation includes Muni Bus Lines, 5, 29, 31, and 38 to downtown, USF, and UCSF. Commute duration by car to Stonestown Shopping Center and UCSF is about 15 mins, SFO is about 25 mins, Japan Town in about 10 mins, and Union Square in about 15 mins. Also, we are only 10 mins drive to the beautiful Ocean Beach. It is limited to 1 occupant per room. It was previously furnished as shown in the pictures but some of the furniture has been removed due to requests. Please message to confirm if you're interested in renting a furnished place. Parking is convenient on both sides of the street, street cleaning day is every other week on each side when you need to move your vehicle. For immediate use of parking, you are welcome to park on the driveway for a short period of time with permission from the landlord.
