Crosspoint is comprised of 10 building and is owned and managed by more than one management company. O'Neil Property Management manages 4 of the 5 buildings on the south side of Amelia Ave. 1,2,& 3 Bedroom apartment and townhouses conveniently located, Crosspoint Apartments is off of Creasy Ln, behind Unity Healthcare and next door to the Franciscan St. Elizabeth East Hospital and down the street from Ivy Tech; close to shopping and restaurants! Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer, not to mention, plenty of closet space with some walk-in closets! The apartments have laminate floors throughout the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. There is carpet in the bedroom(s). Residents pay for electric. Landlord pays for water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
