Includes new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, high ceilings, new baseboards + paint throughout, new shower, new bathroom vanity, new high-end cabinets, butcher block, and kitchen sink. We have a portable washing machine that connects to the kitchen sink when needed for use, and a full size dryer right outside the kitchen door to the garage. Apartment shares large lot with separate standing house and attached garage to apartment. Sidewalk into town comes right to property home / apartment. About a 15min walk into downtown Salida. Renter splits trash with renter in main home, and is responsible for 25% of total monthly energy bill. Renter is also responsible for monthly propane use - which heats entire unit. Owner covers water bill. We are open well behaved dogs, and require an extra $50 a month per pet. *Move-in date is a little flexible.
