This apartment includes utilities- water, gas, mowing, electric. Non-smoking inside units. Tenant is responsible for trash, cable, internet and renter's insurance. Pet may be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee. Deposit and first-months rent due with 1 year lease. Application fee is $50 per adult and a background check/credit analysis are required.
