(Fees apply) Application and Rental Details: A nominal application fee of $45 per resident over 18 years old. Starting security deposit at $600, with the possibility of an increase based on your rental application. Screening Criteria: To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria: Household gross monthly income should be 2 times the base rent plus RUBS. Minimum credit score of 525. No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments). Clean criminal history. Clean rental history. Utility Policies: Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for common area electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee. Residents are responsible for setting up Xcel Energy & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired. Fees: Application Fee: $45, due upon submission of your application. Minimum Security Deposit: $600, due to secure your unit. One-Time Administration Fee: $120, due upon move-in.
