This gorgeous, completely renovated & remodeled, fully stocked home is close to MU university, St. Mary's & Cabell Hospital, Ritter Park as well as all the wonderful things Downtown Huntington WV has to offer. This place is super cozy and no expense was spared. Everything is furnished from the beds and dressers, right down to the silverware and all the towels and linens. All utilities are paid, including Wi-Fi. No need to stay in those noisy and uncomfortable hotels, this place is home away from. UTILITIES ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED AND WI-FI TOO PET POLICY - Each pet (maximum of 2 per household) must be applied for separately. Proof of 3 months of current flea prevention is mandatory as well as a picture of you with your pet. Once approved, there is a $225 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet and a $25 per month pet fee for one, $50 per month for two. Some restrictions and higher non refundable pet deposit & monthly fees apply to some breeds of Dogs. Please check with Eric for further details. Monthly lease available as well as yearly lease. If renting yearly the security deposit would be the same as the monthly rent and yearly lease would be $1995 a month.
