ASK ABOUT OUR SNOWBIRD RENTAL PRICING PLAN OCT 1 - April 1 This offer is for a 12-month rental; Renter is responsible for electric, simple maintenance and cleaning. There is strictly no smoking allowed. One reserved parking space is available for the renter as well as unreserved spots on the premises. The deposit (1 month rent) and first rental period payments are required prior to move-in. Small pets, cats and dogs only (less than 35lbs) with additional $500 Security deposit. The homeowner rules will be provided and must be followed, any violations or fines will be the full responsibility of the renter.
