Points are assigned based on income, length of employment, rental history, and credit history. If an applicant is able to reach 5 points they are approved. Points can't be combined between 2 different applications. One applicant must be able to qualify on their own. If the applicant has between 2 and 4 points they can get a co-signer but that cosigner must be able to quailty with 5 points. There is a $500 pet fee required per pet with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be under 25 lbs. No smoking is permitted inside of the premises
