This is our cozy little air conditioned 2 bedroom / 2 bath summer home that we are renting to snowbirds on a month to month basis during the winter. Available January 1st. With its central location, our home is the perfect base for exploring all of SB. The home is fully furnished with quality appliances and furniture. Things to note: There is a very steep parking spot in the driveway suitable for a SMALL car only. There is free street parking Sorry we do not allow pets, smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property. Our place can be rented for the entire winter or month to month. The home is available through 4/2023 The rental price includes water, gas, electric, trash, and internet included (for reasonable consumption). Excessive use will be billed back to the tenants). No pets. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. There is an owner's closet in the garage which is locked and off limit to tenants. The garage cannot be used for storing vehicles. Renters are to notify owner immediately for any maintenance issue.
