Very reasonably priced at $2200.00 a month plus utilities. Cable and wifi access. Note that the tenant must vacate by June 15th. References, first, last, and security are required. The tenant pays for heat and electricity and is responsible for trash and snow removal. The first, last, and security deposit is due on the signing of the rental agreement.
