Renter is responsible to pay for Water, Sewer and Trash, as well as setting up your own Electric and Gas service as needed within three days of moving into the home. A majority of the homes are all electric. Failure to set up the Electric and Gas service will result in a $50.00 fee. No animal may be kept in the Community without permission of Management. All pets must be registered in the Management office to complete appropriate paperwork, including the Pet Addendum. A pet deposit of $250.00 per animal, with a maximum of 2 animals, may be required to keep a pet in a rental home. Any damage caused by the pet will be deducted from the deposit and any additional charges the deposit did not cover will be charged back to the resident.
