UPDATE Oct. 2023!! Now Winter 2023 we now have BOTH Upper Deck Unit AND Lower Patio Unit available for long-term rental home of the River House - our special waterfront site and home. It is almost never that both units are available at the same time, so this is a unique scenario for anyone who could use a semi-connected home for two families or two sections for one family!! This two story duplex has two units, one up with deck, and one down with covered patio. Even though both upper level and lower level are the exact same size, the are laid out totally differently: the upper level is a conventional 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout with living quarters on the East and common areas to the West. The lower patio level is opposite with one bedroom suite to the East, the common areas in the center, and an open space with the second lavatory and laundry at the West. Entire building can be rented when both units available. Both units have top of the line finishes and new stainless steel appliances.
