Basement sliding doors open out to large lower deck with stairs that walk down to the pool and the lake. The house is located 30 minutes from St. Joseph and 30 minutes from South Bend. The house is located in a small and quiet neighborhood surrounded by rural Michigan, but also in close proximity to numerous breweries, wineries, nature areas, and outdoor fun! 3-4 month lease starting in January 2023 and ending April 30, 2024. It might be possible to extend the lease a few weeks beyond those parameters, but we are not very flexible on those dates. We will take care of all landscaping, but the renter is responsible for snow removal.
