Our house was custom built in 1986 to maximize views of the woods. Lovely trees around the yard and great hangout space outside, with deck, fountain and natural stone fire ring overlooking the ravine. All hardwood floors on main level except for porcelain-tiled newly updated kitchen. Living room has high ceiling and fireplace with a strong draw. Master bedroom also has high ceiling, jacuzzi tub and new walk-in shower. Dining room has picture window overlooking deck and woods. Sunroom gets good light all day. Two car garage. Two bedrooms downstairs, one doubles as office and one as workout room. We finished 3/4 of basement with an entry way and theatre with tongue and groove floor, walls and ceiling. The house is tastefully furnished. Wildwood is a block long and has little traffic. We have a neighborhood association and friendly, helpful neighbors. We are four miles from the MU campus/downtown and five blocks from a biking/hiking/walking trail that goes all the way downtown, easy bike commute. 15 minute walk to bars, restaurants. --First month rent and security deposit are due at time of signing. --Rent payments will be made through direct deposits into the checking account of the owner and are due on the first day of every month. --Owner will pay utilities --Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking such as lingering smell on furniture, the entire security deposit will be kept for the extra cleaning cost. --No more than one housebroken dog and no cats are allowed. --Tenant will be responsible for mowing the small lawn with an electric mower and shoveling snow from the sidewalk.
