The Lodge at Wildwood is a newly remodeled home located just outside of the downtown South Lake Tahoe and Stateline area. At this home, you are minutes away from Heavenly Mountain Resort's California Base Lodge. In the winter, you can hit the slopes from this lodge and access all the trails Heavenly has to offer. In the summer, take advantage of all the hiking and mountain biking trails in the forest surrounding this home. The Lodge at Wildwood is only a 6-minute drive to the Stateline area where you can enjoy our local casinos, shops, and restaurants. The Heavenly Mountain Resort's gondola also is located at the Stateline. Lake Tahoe is also just a short 5-minute drive away. This luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 3,251 square feet and can sleep up to 7 people. The home is two levels, on a quiet street nestled in the forest. When you enter the home, you will find yourself on the first level where the main living areas are located. Relax in the living room on one of the couches and enjoy the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the flat screen television. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is all remodeled with Wolf Sub-Zero appliances. Off the kitchen is the Master bedroom which features a king-sized bed, private bathroom, gas fireplace and Scott Forrest artwork. On the same level is another bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and a bathroom in the hallway. The bottom level of the home features the last 2 of the 4 bedrooms, laundry room and the last bathroom. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed, reading nook and chalk drawing wall. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, plus a seating/gaming area and a desk/office nook. From this room, you can access the garage. This home is perfect to relax your sore muscles after a day on the slopes in the hot tub and enjoy the gas outdoor fireplace. This home has everything that a Tahoe Mountain home should have and is perfect for a retreat in any season!
