The neighborhood The neighborhood is part of a suburban area characterized by picturesque landscapes, small-town charm, and a family-friendly atmosphere. It consists of well-maintained residential homes with various architectural styles, including ranch-style and traditional two-story houses. The neighborhood offers amenities such as parks, schools, and nearby businesses, contributing to a vibrant community. **Requirements: Guests to upload a government-issued ID & selfie via our secure guest portal (prevents fraud & ensures a safe experience for our owners & guests). All guests are to sign a rental agreement during the verification process. Miscellaneous: We have a strict no-smoking, no-pet and no-party policy. Smoking Fee: $1000 fee - Zero tolerance (indoor only, outdoor smoking permitted) The property has exterior Ring cameras and a NoiseAware device inside (both are only monitored if there is a disturbance). Mitten Housing requires all potential applicants to be vetted and verified by Mitten Housing before signing the required rental agreement. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the cost of the rent. The minimum stay is monthly (30 nights) but can be extended further or rented on a month-to-month basis.
