The high season rent for June is $150 day/night ($4500) and for July/ August, $175 day/night ($5200). The rent from September through May is $3600 per month. The large master bedroom has a sliding door to its own patio and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and oversized tub/shower. The second bedroom has a sliding door to the main patio, mountain views, and a full bath across the hall. The ergonomic, all electric galley kitchen has counter seating for two and new stainless appliances. There is home office space adjacent to the kitchen. The oversized living room features a magnificent southeastern view towards the Sangre de Cristo mountains and town. At the garage level is an bonus bedroom/office/studio with a full bath and washer/dryer and tons of storage space. There is a Murphy bed cabinet and bedding for occasional guests. This home has forced air heating and an evaporative cooler for summer heat waves. All floors in the living spaces are wood laminate or tile with area rugs. It is a leisurely 20-minute WALK TO THE PLAZA down the dry arroyo path, and a 4-minute drive to De Vargas Mall or to the Plaza area. It's 12 minutes from this house to the end of St. Francis to get on the freeway going south, or 4 minutes to get on the freeway to Los Alamos. It's two blocks from the Ft. There is wifi access and streaming TV. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. Absolutely no pets. All the furniture is new. There are 3 security cameras on the outside of the house. A housekeeper is part of the lease and should be engaged at least once a month for a single person, or twice a month for a couple. ($30 per hour, renter's expense) The refundable security deposit is $1500 for up to three months. A separate cleaning fee deposit for move-out is $160.
