Our Blue Ridge Mountain Retreat is a single story, 1700 sq. ft. cabin with plenty of space for families to enjoy days and nights in the beautiful North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. Located in a tree-lined neighborhood setting overlooking a serene pond and close to everything Banner Elk has to offer. There is plenty to do nearby, including hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, skiing, tubing, festivals, wine tastings, dining, and more. The spacious cabin is located near Grandfather Vineyards, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Seven Devils and Downtown Banner elk. With our cabin as your home base, enjoy a spa day at Eseeola Lodge. There are countless fun adventures to be had in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! 5 minutes to Seven Devils, 10 minutes to downtown Banner Elk, 15 minutes to Boone, 20 minutes to Blowing Rock. Available 11/1/2023. Two car garage and additional deck parking with paved easy access roads. The large deck has a picnic table for outdoor dining and additional Adirondack chairs. Owners do not live on site. Internet/cable/water included. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. Options for lease duration include 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month lease. Our fees and deposit requirements differ depending on the length of your rental agreement. For 3 month rentals, there will be one time pet fee of $150 per pet. For 6 month or 12 month rentals, there will be a $250 refundable pet deposit and $100 monthly pet rent.
