This home has been painted, inside and out! The house has a two car carport and small garage. It comes with window coverings and crown moulding in every room. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and matching stainless steel appliances. It has a great backyard with a cinder block privacy fence and a covered patio area. There is a storage room in the backyard that is being repaired, once the repairs are complete you will receive the keys to it. There are two elementary schools close by, Broadmoor Elementary and Taylor Elementary. Hobbs High School is 2 blocks away and the two junior high schools are a quick drive in either direction. 12 month lease is the minimum required. Renter is responsible for all utilities, water/trash, gas, and electricity. Renter must maintain lawn, front, back, and alley. One pet is allowed for a $250 non refundable deposit. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. Deposit will be forfeited for smoking inside property. Landlord will be by once a month to replace AC filter. Tenant will be contacted to set up a time for landlord to come.
