We will be the cleaners and maintenance for the property for you! There will be a 20% management fee for hosting, and you get a fully passive business. We encourage multi-year leases to make the most profit! My wife and I designed and built this home from scratch as a short term rental. We just completed the build October 6th, 2022. This home welcomes guests with features such as cathedral ceilings from front to back over the foyer, great room and loft. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 office plus 2 twin beds upstairs in the loft provide sleeping for 8! Added features include an instant hot water heater for those endless hot showers, a rain shower head and regular shower head in the master bath along with a Bluetooth speaker/fan so guests can listen to their favorite tunes! There has been extra insulation added to the cathedral ceiling to help keep the temperature regulated and there are dual thermostats, one downstairs and one upstairs to help keep the temperature the same throughout the home. There is a natural gas modern fireplace, along with gas instant hot water heater and gas furnace. Included are new Samsung (except microwave, which is LG) black stainless appliances and white washer and dryer. The range is a "smart" range with Wi-Fi. The dishwasher is one of the quietest ones available on the market. Greensboro city water/sewer, Duke Energy power, and Piedmont Natural gas utilities are included with the rent! . AT&T fiber as well as Spectrum also available. Pest control will be taken care of by us, the owners, and we will also take care of landscaping For a fully passive business! Please call/text with any questions! Owner pays for all utilities including water, electric, wifi, gas, trash, and landscaping. 20% management fee is deducted from the nightly rate.
