On the ground level, you will have a fully equipped game room with pool table, dart boards, bar top and bar seating and massage chair. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Find a primary suite steps up from the living area with a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom with a large double shower with a picturesque, perfectly placed window to enjoy the views at all times. The primary suite has French doors that open up to your outdoor patio. Both Guest bedrooms reside on the same level as the primary equipped with comfortable queen beds and large closets. The full Guest bathroom and Guest half bathroom are a few steps away from the bedrooms. OUTDOOR LIVING... Breathe in the fresh ocean air in your private and spacious gated outdoor space. You have a large pool and hot tub on one side of the property with a built-in bbq grill. There are many comfy lounge areas around the entire property. As you relax in the pool, you'll be able to continue enjoying the priceless views of the sparkling, turquoise ocean beyond. Enjoy plentiful seating throughout the property and patio complete with a fire pit on a sandy beach area. Sunset lovers dream!! AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER... PETS... This is not a pet-friendly home. CONCIERGE SERVICES... We are partnered with a fabulous concierge service that can assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance.*The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. Guests are only allowed to check-in on premises between 4:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Property Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Property Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Property Manager for the reservation to be confirmed. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $3000 will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. Rates for the year: January - $14,000/month plus taxes and fees. February & March - Rented April - $14,000/month plus taxes and fees. May - $13,000/month plus taxes and fees. June - $14,000/month plus taxes and fees. July - Rented August - $13,000/month plus taxes and fees.
