Historic farm house on Rt 29 in Hebron Valley area with fantastic mountain views. Property sits on 1 acre, with Mountain Views. Home faces/sits directly on Route 29 and does not have any fencing. Home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom, kitchen, dinning room, living room and bathroom downstairs. Home has well and septic. The rest of the utilities and cable are the Tenant's responsibility. Tenant is responsible for all Lawncare. Non-smokers only. All potential adult tenants who may reside in the property must complete an application and sign the lease. Applications must be submitted and applicant(s) must be determined eligible before a tour will be scheduled. We will review the following: Credit score Eviction history Background check Landlord and employer references Income-to-rent ratio Please include copies of at least 4 consecutive paystubs for each applicant.
