Enter a home filled with light, color, and fun! This 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Ann Arbor vacation rental house is complete with an inviting interior and outdoor patio. Take advantage of a location near games at Michigan Stadium, educational opportunities at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, and 5-star entertainment on State Street. Plus, food and drink connoisseurs can enjoy the plethora of breweries and restaurants right at their fingertips. We do not allow subleasing or provide a lease greater than 90 days unless pre-approved. OUR HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 2. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 3. PETS are allowed (Needs to accept Addendum) $150/pet 4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 6. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 7. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 8. ID verification after reservation 9. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing) Note: A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished. Stays longer than 30 days require a mandatory mid stay clean
