Cozy 3 bedroom house, located on a quiet street in downtown Fredericksburg, is perfect for any family or young professional. Public transportation is easily accessed. The train station is less than 5 minutes away and a bus stop is just around the corner. The canal path, which is popular with runners, cyclists, and familis, is visible from the street and can be access easily. The renter is responsible for all utilities including trash. Small dogs are allowed. Large dogs and cats are not permissible. Parking is available in front as well as behind the house in the alleyway. Rent is due on the first of each month. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed on the 6th day that the rent is late. If a check is returned a $50.00 fee will be assessed.
